Última actualización: 19 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services provided by Keystone Consulting ("Keystone", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. The services
Keystone provides technology leadership consulting and operates software applications made available to authorised users and organisations. Access to certain applications requires an account and may be subject to a separate agreement between Keystone and your organisation.
2. Accounts and access
You may be required to sign in using a Keystone account or a supported identity provider such as Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access is granted to authorised users only. You must not share your account, attempt to access another user's account, or use the services in any way that exceeds the access granted to you.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services. In particular, you must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services; (c) reverse engineer or copy any part of the services except as permitted by law; (d) use the services to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or (e) use the services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. Intellectual property
The services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Keystone or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the services. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process that content solely to provide the services to you.
5. Third-party services
The services may rely on third-party providers (for example, Google and Microsoft for authentication, and cloud hosting providers for infrastructure). Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
